Administration Service

The Administration Service is responsible for the overall management of the university. In addition, the Administration Service has the overall responsibility to coordinate with other services to ensure that the university is appropriately functioning.

It has three offices. The Finance Office is responsible for all financial matters pertaining to the university including the treasury, managing all financial transactions, supporting the development and the oversight of the university budget, developing operational and tactical level financial policies, and facilitating audits collaborating with external auditors. The Human Resources Office is responsible to address any administration issues related to university personnel, including contracts, recruitment and layoffs, training and staff development, promotion and career development processes. In relation to academic personnel, HR collaborates closely with academic management. The Administration Service also includes the Health & Safety Office, which is responsible for developing and implementing adequate health and safety policies and procedures to ensure that all people and university resources are appropriately protected.
