Pass 1st Time Guarantee™ Terms and Conditions
- LSBF Pass 1st Time Guarantee™ ensures that in the event of failure in the paper, any student will be able to attend a free resit course at the next available sitting at no extra cost. Please note that the free course will cover the failed paper and cannot be used for any other papers.
- For students to be eligible for the Pass 1st Time Guarantee™ (i.e. an entitlement to a free re-sit course for the next semester), students must have:
- accessed 90% of online materials available on the platform for this package;
- attempted and scored at least 75% on all Quick Tests for the paper in question on the InterActive platform (this applies to ACCA packages only).
- passed the mock exam conducted by InterActive and/or Edology and/or LSBF, scoring at least 30% on the paper in question (this applies to ACCA and CIMA packages only).
- sat the real ACCA/CIMA examinations, taking no more than three exam papers per exam sitting, and fail
- in the event of failure, provide proof of that failure on the application for the retake course.
- claimed the resit course under the Guarantee within one month of the results being published; and
- attended the resit course/class at the next examination sitting.
All course fees must be paid in full before real examinations are taken, excluding Dual Programme students with an active instalment plan. Claims under the Pass 1st Time Guarantee must be received by InterActive a maximum of one month after exam results have been released.
Where a student has failed an examination, they must provide proof of failure with their application for the Pass 1st Time Guarantee scheme. Applications for Pass 1st Time Guarantee resources must be made via our online platform: Canvas through our chat service, or by emailing Student Support team on: Support IA Pro: support@interactivepro.org.uk
Available examination sitting. For the avoidance of doubt, after that point, the Pass 1st Time Guarantee will lapse.
This Pass 1st Time Guarantee is not transferable, is not deferrable and no refunds or compensations are made under the scheme.
Applications for a Pass 1st Time Guarantee which are not submitted in accordance with the above will not be considered.
Students who are eligible to participate in the Pass 1st Time Guarantee shall receive access to study materials and contents equivalent to the papers/modules they have failed. Students can access these materials at any time from the official semester start date following the failed examination, up until the next
