Dr. Eleni G. Christodoulou is an Educator of the Public Institute of Vocational Education “Sotiria”, Thoracic Diseases General Hospital of Athens, Greece. She received her BSc in Nursing at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens and then she received her Bachelor of Education in Teaching, at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her MSc degree in Health Management at the International Telematic University Uninettuno, Rome. She holds a PhD in Nursing Science in relation to new technologies in nursing education, from the University of Peloponnese, Department of Nursing. She has also been a clinical trainer in nursing at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. She is an adjunct academic staff in the Department of Nursing at the University of West Attica. She often teaches as an invited lecturer in master’s degree programs and lifelong learning programs and she holds interdisciplinary actions on nursing and adult education. She teaches “Prevention and Health Promotion” as a Collaborative Academic Staff in the “Community Health” Distance Learning Master Course at the University of Frederick. She has authored many scientific articles and books, and her work includes numerous contributions to scientific conferences. She is a member of the Editorial Board of scientific journal and member of conference scientific committees. Her research interests are in the fields of nursing education, adult education, new technologies in nursing education, public health, community nursing and health promotion.
