Η Σαββούλλα Αλεξανδράκη είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ του τμήματος χημείας του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου. Εργάζεται σε πρόγραμμα Φυσικοχημείας Τροφίμων και αφορά τη μακροχρόνια αντιοξειδωτική σταθεροποίηση και αποθήκευση ελαίων πλούσιων σε ω3-λιπαρά οξέα. Η ιδέα είναι να παρασκευασθούν γαλακτώματα ω3-λιπαρών οξέων στο νερό, στο τοίχωμα των οποίων θα τοποθετούνται τα αντιοξειδωτικά. Η έρευνα της παρουσιάστηκε σε αρκετά διεθνή επιστημονικά συνέδρια. Από το 2014 έως το 2018 εργάστηκε στο Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου ως βοηθός διδασκαλίας. Το 2014 αποφοίτησε με πτυχίο Χημείας από το τμήμα Χημείας του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου και το 2016 απέκτησε το μεταπτυχιακό της τίτλο από το ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο. Η εργασία του Μάστερ αφορούσε τη μελέτη της αλληλεπίδρασης αλάτων λανθανιδών με μονοστιβάδες φωσφολιπιδίων. Η εργασία αυτή υποβλήθηκε στον διαγωνισμό ΦΟΙΤΩ του ΙΠΕ και βραβεύθηκε με το πρώτο βραβείο για μεταπτυχιακή έρευνα το 2016.

Miss Savvoulla Alexandraki is a PhD candidate at the University of Cyprus, Department of Chemistry. Her research is in the field of Food Physicochemistry and is about the long-term antioxidant stabilization and storage of oils, which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. The idea is to prepare omega-3 fatty acid emulsions in the water, on the wall of which antioxidants will be placed. Her research has been presented in several international scientific conferences. From 2014 until 2018 she was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Cyprus. In 2014 she graduated with a degree in Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry of the University of Cyprus and in 2016 she received her Master's Degree from the same University. Her Master's thesis was focused on the study of the interaction of lanthanide salts with phospholipid monolayers. The said study was submitted to the FOITO Competition of the National Board for Research & Innovation of Cyprus and was awarded the first prize for postgraduate research in 2016.
