The Department of Arts and Communication supports young individuals who have the potential to excel in the field of journalism with special scholarships, awarding a total of five (5) scholarships that amount to 30% for all years of study. Send us a 300-word text, a video, or a photograph to narrate, highlight, or comment on an event and compete for a scholarship for the Journalism and Media Studies program at Frederick University, the program with the longest history in the field of communication in Cyprus, with graduates who hold prominent positions in the job market.

You can choose one of the following directions:

(a) Journalism and Media Studies
(b) Public Relations and Communication

The text, video, or photograph must be submitted in electronic format along with your full name, date of birth, school, and contact information (phone, email, address) by July 31, 2025, to jou.le@frederick.ac.cy (Dr. Evie Lambrou).

The scholarships cannot be combined with other tuition reductions.
