Dr. Stelios Orphanos

Stelios Orphanos is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership at the School of Education of Frederick University Cyprus. He graduated with a teachers’ diploma from University of Cyprus and continued graduate studies at Harvard University (MA in Educational Administration) and Stanford University (MA in Economics and Ph.D in Administration and Policy Analysis). He published research papers in well-respected professional journals and presented his research in local and international educational conferences. His research interests lie in the areas of educational leadership development, effectiveness of educational administration and leadership and school effectiveness.
