Dr Polys Votsis is an experienced business manager with the ability to lead strategic projects throughout their full life-cycle to achieve business objectives. He joined Frederick University as a Visiting Lecturer for the School of Business and Law. Dr Votsis has extensive industrial and teaching experience at graduate and post graduate levels in management areas which include strategic management, human resource management (HRM), total quality management (TQM), business process improvement, operational efficiency, change management, corporate governance.
