Pavlina Platonos graduated from Architecture School in Frederick University in 2013, awarded for attaining the best academic performance among the students of Pg-Dip in Architectural Engineering Program of Study in the Academic Year 2012-2013. With a scholarship from the Chinese Government, she obtained a master's degree in architecture in 2015 at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, at Wuhan-China. Currently she is a PHD student at Frederick University at School of Art, Communication and Cultural Studies and a teaching assistant at Interior Design Department. Pavlina Platonos is a registered architect at ETEK(CY). Her main research interest is in public spaces and the contribution of locals. She is the coordinator of a voluntary group ‘Ta Lympiana’ at her village Lympia where they reclaim public spaces by drawing them. Also voluntarily, she organized the plantation of all public green areas in her village.
