Mr. Theoklitos Klitou

Short CV

Theoklitos Klitou is a Research Associate at Frederick University and a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering. His research focuses on sustainable energy systems, building performance assessment, and the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI). Since joining the Sustainable Energy Research Group (SERG) in 2021, he has been actively involved in projects related to smart buildings, energy efficiency, and policy development. With a background in mechanical engineering and sustainable energy, he has experience in energy auditing, thermal energy storage, and building performance evaluation. His work integrates engineering methodologies with real-world applications to enhance energy efficiency in the built environment. He holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Systems from Frederick University and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University, where he graduated with First-Class Honours.
