RILL - Research and Innovation in Learning & Leadership is a forward-looking research laboratory at Frederick University devoted to enhancing educational practices and leadership capabilities in response to today’s rapidly evolving learning landscape.

At the heart of RILL’s mission are five core areas: Vocational Training, Entrepreneurial Education, Educational Leadership, Teachers' Training & Development, and Skills Development.

Through these focus areas, RILL aims to support current and future educators, leaders, and professionals in building essential resilience, adaptability, and innovation skills.
