This new LLM in Law of New Technologies, offered by the University's Department of Law, has been designed to provide specialized knowledge in legal issues arising in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, GDPR, Cybersecurity, and the Digital Economy.

The European Commissioner for Fisheries and Oceans, Costas Kadis, visited Frederick University on 19 December and met with the University’s research group Aquaculture Engineering and Engineering Management.

Frederick Research Center, one of the project partners, announces that the technical implementation of the DYNAMO (Decentralized EnergY maNagement plAtform for sMart cOmmunities) research project, coordinated by Electi Consulting Ltd, has been successfully completed.

The presentation of the book “Structural Analysis of the Construction System of Timber-Roofed Churches in Cyprus, 15th–19th Century” (Theomorfou Publications) was held on Monday, 16 December 2025, at the University's events hall, in Nicosia.

As every year, Frederick University once again marked the 16 Days of Activism for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Girls, which take place from 25 November to 10 December - International Human Rights Day, with a series of events.
