Funda Zaim is the Director of Zaim and Associates; a multi-discipline consulting engineering practice that specialises in sustainable buildings and project management services. She is also a senior partner in Green Efficiency Energy Services, a European style ESCO, specialising in energy efficiency and energy management services, serving commercial and industrial sectors in Cyprus and abroad.
For the last three years Funda has also been teaching at the Frederick University, in the Faculty of Engineering. Her course falls under the interdepartmental master programme, MSc of Sustainable Energy Systems.
Funda graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Environmental Engineering and has also attained a master degree on Environmental Health from The Cyprus International Institute (CII) for the Environment and Public Health.
Having completed the training courses offered by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) Funda has become a licensed BREEAM Assessor. BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainable assessment method for master planning projects, infrastructure and buildings.
