Dr. Haris Apostolopoulos is an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at Frederick University and holds a PhD in Law from the University of Munich in Germany. He has been awarded a first prize grant from the Max-Planck-Institute for his PhD research and from Fulbright Foundation for his post-doc research in Chicago, USA. He has presented in numerous international and national conferences and has publications in refereed journals in the US, in Germany and Greece. He has been a Tutor at the Greek Open University and he has previously lectured at the University of Athens, Piraeus and Patras and he is currently teaching business law at undergraduate and graduate level at Frederick University. Dr. Haris Apostolopoulos' s area of expertise is Commercial Law, Company Law, Competition Law, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law. His current research focuses on the protection of the consumer and antitrust policies.
