Tonia Christodoulou is a Special Teaching Staff member in the Centre of Languages at Frederick University. She teaches all English language subjects to first year, second year and third year students and prepares freshmen in the Preparatory English course. She has been teaching English since 2005 and has taught all levels of English preparing students for Anglia exams, Cambridge exams, Edexcel GCE, IGCSE, IELTS and state exams. She has also contributed to several Erasmus projects teaching students from all over the world focusing on effective communication skills. Tonia Christodoulou acquired her BA in English Language and Literature from the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece in 2004. In 2005 she received her MA in Modern and Contemporary Studies majoring in British and American Literature and Film from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, U.K. She has also attended numerous professional seminars as well as conferences exploring the tools and teaching skills needed to best develop learners’ language skills.
