Dr. Zouheir El-Sahli

Short CV

Zouheir El-Sahli will be joining Frederick University, Cyprus in September 2023 as Associate Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Business and Law. Before that, he worked at Qatar University, Leiden University (Netherlands), and Lund University (Sweden). He holds a PhD in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham, the United Kingdom. His research interests lie at the intersection between international trade, labor markets, firm dynamics, and globalization. His research is published in internationally reputable journals such as the Journal of International Economics, The Canadian Journal of Economics, Small Business Economics, among others. Zouheir has taught a variety of courses in International Economics, Macroeconomics, Business statistics, and Math.
