FULL for Organisations
Organisations and students are mutually benefited
Partner organisations have a lot to gain by collaborating with Frederick University in the “FULL” initiative.
Benefits include among others, the opportunity to:
- receive faculty guided consultancy for issues / problems they may face as a company
- exchange ideas, good practices and knowledge with students and academics
- obtain fresh, new innovative solutions from the youth
- create a pool of people that could be recruited in the future as, students will both have the necessary academic background as well as exposure to the industry.
Since the topics of the proposed projects are oriented towards the sustainable development goals, an additional benefit for the organisation is that students' work will support meeting the organisations’ sustainable development needs.
The UN Sustainable Development goals were adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, to provide a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. The 17 goals consider everything from Good Health and Wellbeing (SDG 3) to Gender Equality (SDG5), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 11), Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG11), Affordable and Clean Energy (SDG 7), Responsible Consumption (SDG 12), Good Jobs and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Climate Action (SDG 13) and Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions (SDG 16) to name but a few.
