Frederick University, in collaboration with Han Institute Cyprus is inviting you to the “China week” activities that are being hosted at the University campuses in Nicosia and Limassol on the occasion of the Lunar New Year*.

The activities will take place as follows:

Limassol Campus: Wednesday, 4th of March, 11:30 to 13:00
Nicosia Campus: Monday, 9th of March, 11:30 to 13:00

The schedule includes, among other things, the following:
-Traditional tea ceremony
-Chinese calligraphy
-Paper cutting art
-Sugar painting workshop
-Try on traditional Chinese clothing

*Lunar New Year is a major festival marking the beginning of the new year on the lunisolar calendar. Celebrated across Asia and globally, it signifies spring's arrival.

The event is open to all students and staff.
