Career Discovery Program: Free Interactive Workshops for High School Students

Frederick University’s successful Career Discovery Program returns this year, offering students aged 15-18 the opportunity to explore the profession that interests them through free, interactive workshops. More than 20 interactive workshops across a range of subject areas will be offered.

The Career Discovery Program will take place on Saturday, 25 April 2026, at Frederick University in Nicosia, and on Saturday, 9 May 2026, at Frederick University in Limassol, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Participants will have the opportunity to select and attend one workshop of their choice. All workshops are conducted in Greek. The workshops are designed by members of the academic community and provide a unique experience of exploration, creativity, and hands-on learning. All workshops

Last year, more than 200 students participated in the program. Participants who completed the evaluation questionnaire stated that the workshops helped them become more familiar with different professions and that they would recommend the Career Discovery Program to their peers, sharing enthusiastic feedback such as: “everything was perfect”, “it was amazing”, and “it gave me the opportunity to learn more about the field I am interested in”.

The program is supported by the Pancyprian Confederation of Secondary School Parents.
