"We wish our students every success in this great endeavor in Paris. We are particularly proud not only of their athletic achievements but also of the dedication and passion they demonstrate in their academic pursuits. They balance two demanding roles, making them admirable role models" said the President of Frederick University Council, Ms. Natassa Frederickou.

Frederick University has extensive experience in supporting its students who engage in elite-level sports and beyond. The combination of athletic career and studies is a longstanding policy of the University, which, through its services, offers support, guidance, and special provisions to adjust the academic obligations of athletes. Additionally, through a specially designed athletic scholarship scheme, Frederick University provides practical support to athletes who choose it for their studies. More than 100 students currently enjoy scholarships in the University's study programs due to their athletic activities. "Sports and studies are more than a full-time job," says Stella Demetriou, head of Frederick University's Sports Office in Limassol. "We are partners in our students' choice for a dual career, and as a University, we have a tradition of making this career a successful one."
We warmly congratulate our students and graduate and wish them all, as well as the entire Cypriot delegation, every success!
