Frederick University, the European University of Cyprus, and the University of Nicosia are jointly organizing the 1st Student Pharmacy Conference on October 18 and 19 at Frederick University's Nicosia campus.

The Pan-Cyprian Student Pharmacy Conference is being held for the first time by the universities offering Pharmacy studies in Cyprus. The aim of the conference is to provide an opportunity for Pharmacy students to present their work, discuss new developments in the field of Pharmaceutical science, and interact with leading scientists and professionals in the field.

The opening ceremony will take place in Frederick University's events' Hall on Friday, October 18, at 17:00. Dr. Nikolas Dietis, Associate Professor at the Medical School of the University of Cyprus is the keynote speaker. Dr. Dietis will speak about innovations and challenges in drug research in the 21st century.

The second day of the conference will feature a series of lectures and presentations of research work covering cutting-edge topics such as innovative therapeutic approaches and technologies, the role of Pharmacy in public health, and new trends in Pharmaceutical Education. Additionally, the conference will discuss professional development and career prospects for individuals pursuing studies in Pharmacy.
