Frederick Research Center (FRC) announces the launch of Green-HIT (Green Holistic IoT platform for forest management and monitoring), a research project using cutting-edge Information and Communication Technologies to promote digital and green technology.

Frederick University participates in the national campaign to collect humanitarian aid for the people affected by the deadly earthquakes in Syria and Turkey from the 9th to the 16th of February, as part of the campaign launched by the Commissioner for the Citizen in cooperation with Civil Defence.

EU-CONEXUS in a Europe-wide consortium of six university alliances has secured the European Commission’s support for ED-AFFICHE, their joint proposal to pilot the European Degree label funded by the Erasmus+ program.

Frederick University conducts independent energy audits across all campus buildings every four years, in accordance with the local Energy Efficiency in the Final Use and Energy Services Law of 2009 (31(I)/2009) and the European Parliament and Council Directive 2012/27/EU, which outlines requirements for large organizations. These audits are performed by qualified and accredited experts.
