Service innovations around the world: Online lecture by Dr Kostas Kutsikos
Acclaimed expert in organizational and service innovation Dr Kostas Kutsikos is the first speaker in the Business Guest Lecture Series, hosted by Frederick University’s Department of Business Administration and the Centre of Research in Finance and Strategy (CERFS), powered by the University’s School of Business and Law. Dr Kutsikos will give an online lecture on December 10, at 18:00.
His presentation, titled “New product and service development and innovations around the world”, focuses on case studies of service innovation in the business world. Dr Kostas Kutsikos' experience is rooted in technology and business graduate studies at Stanford University and USC, further shaped by professional activities across the globe: in North America, Asia and Europe. His international career is balancing academic, industry and entrepreneurial activities, topped by a Managing Consultant position with PA Consulting (part of Jacobs Group) in London, UK.
